I turned 65 July 9 this year. On July 6th, I found a lump in my right breast. There is no breast cancer in my family or any other cancer for that matter. I always kept my mammogram appts. I was very shaken. I just knew it was cancer, just a feeling in my gut. I found out the next week that it was. I had the right breast removed along with 18 lymph nodes, 7 of which were cancerous. I am now going through chemo, 4 treatments of AC then i will have 4 of Taxol. I only have one more AC left.
