Hello I'm David. In September of 2007 I underwent a right parotidectomy, but declined the recommended follow up radiation therapy. In October of 2008 I presented a mass at my right jawline that was confirmed a recurrent carcinoma. A right modified radical dissection was performed and follow up radiation therapy was recommended.
