Lisa- I know that I am probably responding after the fact, but I too have ovarian/fallopian cancer. It spread to my lymph nodes and adominal wall. I am in CT. and have an excellent gyn/oncol. doctor, Tom Rutherford at Yale New Haven Hospital. He performed a radical hysterectomy and staged my cancer at 3C. I have just completed my 6th chemo treatment

I recently had a CT scan for abdomenal discomfort. The preliminary diagnosis is ovarian cancer....a very large tumor is on my right ovary and the lymph nodes seem to be affected. Surgery is scheduled in 2 1/2 weeks, so until then I am in the dark and running scared. They have me taking Darvocet for the discomfort and pain. I am preparing for the worst
