I'm also wondering about the wisdom of a vegan diet.
Some people say it's the most healthy diet available. So, if it
is, I'm open to the idea. Even if it isn't the best choice
nutrionally, I'm still interested because I object to the conditions
the animals are forced to endure. It would be a huge change for
me, and not easy either because I love milk, cream, butter, eggs,
baking and eating what I bake.
