Survey on Informal Discussions about Cancer

Hello,

My name is Nicole Robinson and I am a graduate student in a Communication & Media Technologies/Health Systems Administration at Rochester Institute of Technology.

I’m studying how people talk about cancer with one another. This is an important topic because these conversations affect how people think about cancer prevention and treatment. Despite this, it is a topic that we know very little about.

As a member of this cancer discussion group, you are someone who is especially able to help us learn about this topic by participating in a brief, online, anonymous survey. Would you be willing to take this survey? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the link: http://clipboard.rit.edu/takeSurvey.cfm?id=4qw5bj. It will be available until Friday, Feb 1 at Noon. It is anonymous and should only take about 5 minutes.

I will summarize the results of the study to this list by June 1st.

Thanks for considering this, and I hope you will participate. (This study is funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation).
