My uncle is in the end stages of gastric cancer and didn't want any treatment at all. He is now getting very nauseous and vomiting several times a day. The Hospice nurse is trying to get Zantac prescribed for him. Has anyone ever heard of this type of treatment (comfort only) for cancer?
