My husband had his prostate removed 5 yrs ago. On Sept. 27th of this yr he was diagnosed with a tumor in his brain and cancer in the bones of the spine and right hip. We are now in Lubbock Tx. The tumor was removed and is from the prostate cancer. A very rare thing according to drs. here. His Neurosurgeon said in his 30 yrs of practice he has never seen it and another neurogureon said he has only seen it once in his yrs of practice. My husband is going to be finishing up 15 radiation treatments next week and we hope to return to New Mexico soon after that. I have to admit I am scared silly. I have learned more about caregiving than I ever wanted to know. Has anyone else ever experienced this type of cancer? Thanks.
