hi i have nonsmall cell lung cancer my dr wants to do surgeory but i have no medical i did have but dshd took it away because my husband has had to strokes in the last six monthes so is now on social security.the drs put me on hold till i get medical coverage of some kind. every thing seems  so hopeless.

Hello-  I don't know what to say to you but I do know we all need to stay as positive as we can.  It will be very difficult at times, even for myself, but sometimes good, healing thoughts and pray are the way to go.  I just found and joined this morning and found out recently  I have mass on my right lung so I'm still somewhat numb from the news.  I found this site by accident and really think it's a blessing.  I really hope all will work out for you.  Please use this site to reach out to others.

 

Have you applied for any kind of disabilty social security?  Do you have medicaid in your state? I hope you get the surgery.  My husband has stage 111a nonsmall lung cancer . He has been recieving chemo and radiation treatments since february 2007.  He is doing well so far.
