    4 year old daughter.

Hi everyone, My name is Christina and my 4 year old daughter Hannah has a lump on the back of her head.  Took her to the doctor today and he blew me off.  I am very concerned about this.  She is sick most of the time, complains of leg pain, and has asthma.  I don't know anything about tumors.  But my understanding is, that if you go to your doctor and you have a lump, they figure out what it is.  Not just guess.  I don't know what to do.  I want answers.  The reason I am on here is because I was hoping someone has or has had experience with tumors and can help me out a bit with tests they can do or anything, or about how I can make them remove it and test it.  Someone please help.  My email is Auslandfranzen@aol.com

    Thanks for you time

    DEAR CHRISTINA,

I HAVE NO MEDICAL ADVICE FOR YOU, BUT I DO KNOW THAT ON ALL THE SHOWS I HAVE WATCHED THE KEY IS TO JUST KEEP GOING TO DOCTORS TILL YOU GET ONE TO LISTEN TO YOU.  JUST LIKE THE MOTHERS OF CHILDREN WHO ARE AUTISTIC.  SOMETIMES THEY GET BLOWN OFF TOO.  THEY JUST KEEP GOING.  UNFORTUNATELY, TO SOME DOCTORS YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER, BUT TO THE RIGHT DOCTOR YOU WILL BE A PATIENT.  IF YOU ARE NEAR A MEDICAL UNIVERSITY, MAYBE YOU COULD SEE A PROFESSOR THERE AND THEY MAY BE ABLE TO GET YOU TO THE RIGHT PERSON.

    GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR DAUGHTER,

    MELODY
