Hi everyone, My name is Christina and my 4 year old daughter Hannah has a lump on the back of her head.  Took her to the doctor today and he blew me off.  I am very concerned about this.  She is sick most of the time, complains of leg pain, and has asthma.  I don't know anything about tumors.  But my understanding is, that if you go to your doctor and you have a lump, they figure out what it is.  Not just guess.  I don't know what to do.  I want answers.  The reason I am on here is because I was hoping someone has or has had experience with tumors and can help me out a bit with tests they can do or anything, or about how I can make them remove it and test it.  Someone please help.  My email is Auslandfranzen@aol.com

I have a 4 year old with cancer, allthough I can't help you diagnose her I can tell you what her cancer has taught me.  You are her mother follow your instincts.  If you feel something is really wrong, speak up and don't give up until someone listens.  I hope this was helpful.  Habg in there.

I hope and pray that by now you do have an answer regarding your daughter's lump.  If not, please continue to seek the right answer.  It may take time and alot of energy, but do not give up!! I am a breast cancer survivor and presently my husband is fighting brain cancer.  I can tell you what treatment is like and so forth, but first you must know what you are dealing with.  God bless and may He heal your daughter and give you strength and wisdom!
