Re: Welcome to the Breast Cancer Forum

I am a breast cancer survivor./ I was diagnosed in September 2003.!st stage. Hormone receptive. I had a lumpectomy. 4 rounds of chemo and 36 rounds of radiation. It was a very scarry time in my life. No breast cancer in my family.I was diagnosed at the age of  38. One of the hardest things was having to tell my 3 boys, and seeing the look on there faces. The first thing they asked was are you going to die. Boy did I instantly become a strong person. If there is anyone going through this, dont do it alone.reach out and talk to someone. Or contact me, I love to give support, cause I know excactly how you feel.
