Well I was stage 4 twice not with lung cancer but I am very happy to still be around after 2 years cancer free. I had bladder, uretha, prostrate all that is gone. But i am here and I love it. I wish you well and hope the best for you and your family. never give up everyday is a blessing and sometimes people take that for granted. Healthy or other wise. Day to day no-one has  the gift of the next day for sure. So when your eyes open enjoy what you see. Good luck  And  the best to you.

I have stage 4 colon cancer with cancer in 4 places. I have had 15 treatments and have gotten all but liver cancer "gone". I am getting to rest from chemo now going on my second month. Their is hope it is not all gloom and doom. Just yesterday I spoke with someone who has undergone treatment for 6 years. Yes they must deal with chemo but they are here 6 years later with stage 4 colon cancer also. It is just hard to find people who are survivors. Hold on to hope and faith and fight with all your might. mommom24
