I've recently changed my diet to avoid processed sugar and flour. Does anyone know what I can use to replace the sugar when I bake?
I don't know specifically what you can use but I would imagine websites for diabetes would offer some helpful suggestions.
There are several natural sweeteners. Agave Nectar is very good w/ baking & can be consumed by diabetics as it does not cause the spikes & crashes that processed sugar does.
I use sugar substitute "splenda" or "equal"
