Q: How long does each level take to complete?

There is no set amount of time required to complete each level. The Seven Levels of Healing can be used and explored at any pace that feels comfortable to you. They are there to assist you in the ongoing process of navigating a cancer diagnosis, planning and receiving the best possible treatment for you, and finding the best ways to focus your time, energy, and attention. The Seven Levels of Healing also offer practical information and guidance about diet, nutrition, exercise, and other complementary and alternative therapies. All of these areas and levels can be explored at your own pace, and to whatever extent you choose.
